I chose Pine Inn for spring break mainly because it was one of the few options left. The best part was definitely the location; it's super convenient for skiing directly from our patio. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to outdated rooms and a lack of basic amenities. We were also looking forward to the hot pools, but ended up waiting in long lines. If you can find another place, I would recommend doing so.

Our room was not as depicted in the pictures and felt quite worn down, with old beds and no microwave or fridge.

5.2/10

I stayed at the Pine Inn during spring break, and while the location was fantastic—just a ski-out from our patio and surrounded by bars and cafes—the overall experience was a letdown. The room was outdated and lacking basic amenities like a microwave or fridge. We also faced long waits to access the hot pools, which added to the disappointment. If you're looking for something comfortable and modern, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Rooms
5.0
The room had old beds and stained carpets, which made it feel quite uncomfortable. There was no coffee pot initially, and it took an hour for staff to bring it. Plus, there were no amenities like a fridge or microwave, and it was way too hot inside.
Service
5.0
The service was mostly standoffish and unhelpful when I asked about the location of amenities. Although they did quickly provide a quieter room after I requested a change, it was still warmer without a balcony.
Location

The location was absolutely fantastic! It was picturesque and made getting to the ski slopes so convenient, with everything I needed just a few minutes away.

The facilities had great potential, especially with the hot pools, but my experience was marred by long wait times that made access frustrating.

I chose Pine Inn for our spring break, drawn by its central location, which is perfect for skiing. While the skiing access was convenient, with a bar and dining options nearby, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The rooms were dated and lacked basic amenities, which was disappointing, especially with the hot pools being poorly managed and causing long wait times.

Rooms

The room was old and basic; it felt dingy, and I noticed stains on the chairs and shower curtain, which was quite off-putting.
Service
5.0
Service was mostly standoffish, which made it difficult to get help with directions or information about amenities.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent for skiing, as we could ski right from the patio. However, it's unfortunate that the building itself didn’t match the potential.
Dining
6.0
I appreciated having restaurants and a cafe right next door, which made dining convenient.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities, particularly the hot pools, were not well-maintained during our visit, leading to disappointing experiences with long lines.

I booked Pine Inn for spring break and while the location was a definite highlight, the overall experience left much to be desired. The central spot allows for easy access to ski lifts and dining options, but the room conditions were disappointing with old furnishings and inadequate amenities. The allure of the hot pools was overshadowed by long wait times, making it a frustrating experience. If you can find elsewhere to stay, I would recommend doing so.

The room was quite dated with old beds and stained carpets. There were no microwaves, fridges, or even a hairdryer, which made the stay feel a bit basic and below expectations.
Service

The service at the hot pools was poorly managed, resulting in long wait times which detracted from the experience. It left a lot to be desired in terms of guest assistance.
Location

The location is fantastic for skiing, right near the lifts and close to some good dining options. Perfect for winter sports enthusiasts!

The hot pools were a big draw, but only a couple were open, leading to long lines that were poorly managed. It was frustrating to stand in the cold for such long waits.

I booked Pine Inn for a ski trip, drawn by its central location and ski-out access right from the patio. While the location was fantastic, the accommodations were quite disappointing. The building felt very worn down, with old beds and lacking basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, or hair dryer. The hot pools were also poorly managed, with long wait times that were frustrating. Unless I couldn't find anywhere else to stay, I would likely look for an alternative next time.

Rooms

The rooms were quite outdated with old beds and lacked basic amenities, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.
Service

Service was okay, but I found it disappointing that the staff mostly came from outside the region. They were helpful but seemed overwhelmed at times.
Location

The location is excellent for skiing, as you can easily ski out from your patio and access everything in the area.
Dining
Facilities

The facilities had great potential, but many of the hot pools were closed or had long wait times, which was a major letdown.
